This cabin was very nicely appointed, clean, comfortable, secluded, and a wonderfully quiet place to stay! Josephine was a pleasure to deal with and we would definitely go back there to relax, explore the area even more and simply enjoy the natural surroundings!

"Josephine's cabin is absolutely beautiful and extremely well kept! It is a private oasis in the woods. We had never been to the area and had a wedding held at the Tail Water Lodge and were pleasantly surprised with the private getaway we got. The cabin was well stocked, great appliances and amenities. The Salmon River Falls were worth the hike and we also drove up to Sackets Harbor and Henderson to one of the State Parks. Definitely recommend this hidden gem without a doubt!"

"Josephine's cabin was an amazing stay. The images on here were very accurate and Jo was a wonderful host providing more than we were expecting as far as amenities. She was also quick to respond to any issues and provided us a lovely home to stay in for our trip. We got a lot of use out of the kitchen that has pretty much everything one could hope for as well as the fire pit and grill that are outdoors. The Salmon river was relatively close, a short walk or drive down the road and I didn't realize how close Lake Ontario was as well. This place is definitely the spot for anyone interested in fishing as well as a nice quiet place in the woods. Would definitely recommend this place with all it had to offer to anyone and everyone!"

"This cabin is exactly what we expected from the description and pictures in the ad. Josephine has created a great little cabin to get away or to be a base camp for a fishing trip. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the weekend as a quiet get away where we could go hiking and not be bothered by cellphones and real life. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect setup. I wanted to cook all of our meals and I didn't have to pack up all the little cooking supplies because this kitchen had it all. I can't wait to book this cabin again and bring some friends back for a fishing weekend or to come back again with my girlfriend when life gets a little too hectic. We never turned the TV on but I can tell you that this cabin is 100% as clean and as advertised as you can get. I was even pleasantly surprised to find shampoo and toiletries as you would in a hotel ( which worked out perfect because I forgot shampoo!). I hope that future guests treat this property with respect so that it stays as nice as it is forever."

"This cabin comes with everything you would need for a stay of any duration. It still have a new wood smell to it! It has every little comfort of home. It's tucked away enough to feel peace and alone but is only 10 miles from the town of Pulaski. The owners went to great lengths to ensure I was happy and taken care of. They supplied a grill and charcoal, along with other things to make my stay that much more enjoyable. If I am ever in the market for a place to get away to I will be certain to book here first."
